THIS BREAKTHROUGH IS ACHIEVED BY REPLACING CONVENTIONAL ACS INEFFICIENT VC METHOD WITH ONE EMPLOYING EVAPORATIVE COOLING PRECEDED BY EFFICIENT LIQUID DESICCANT DEHUMIDIFICATION.
