Notes: Chermac Energy is building two solar farms, Tierra Blanco and Mule Deer, in Deaf Smith County in the Texas panhandle. The two farms are expected to generate 600-700 MW per day. The company was initially awarded a 15-year Ch. 313 assessment limitation from Hereford independent school district valued at $8.4 million and two years later received a $500 million property tax abatement from the county.
