Notes: 

The maximum subsidy for Vought was not to exceed $160 million, which was the level when 1,400 jobs were created. It appears that the company met the "baseline scenario" and qualified for $116 million with 645 jobs. The facility was established to supply parts to Boeing, which took over the facility in 2008.
