Notes: The Boardwalk at Bricktown will have 924 high-rise apartments, commercial space, 890 parking spaces, a workforce development center, and a hotel. New TIF District will divert 90% of ad valorem tax for up to 25 years or until $200 million is paid. Local sales and use tax also be diverted but capped at $5.5 million, with a possible $5.5 million match from the state Enterprise Zone Incentive, also known as the "Leverage Act." 132 of the 924 apartment units will be workforce housing.
