Notes: Enel North America plans to build a solar cell and panel factory at the Tulsa Port of Inola industrial site. The company is eligible for performance-based tax rebates equal to 10% of eligible capital expenditures, which will pay out as the company reaches hiring and investment benchmarks. Job creation and investment figures are company projections based on the current scope of the project, though Enel has said those could increase. To receive the maximum $180 million in rebates, the company will ultimately need to hire 1,400 workers and invest $1.8 billion. Subsidy total based on tax rebates for first phase of project only. The state legislature also appropriated $38,620,000 to the Oklahoma Water Resources Board for water and wastewater infrastructure upgrades at the project site. Overlap with main data: None.
