Notes: The governments of Michigan, Wayne County and Dearborn put together the subsidy package in return for Ford's commitment to spend $2 billion to build a new assembly operation at the historic Rouge complex. The state provided $147 million in tax credits plus $9 million in training assistance. The city of Dearborn and Wayne County provided a $66 million personal property tax abatement over 12 years.
