Project Description: Netchex is currently based in Mandeville, LA and due to rapid expansion across the country, our ability to recruit, train and retain technical and support staff has become stifled due to space constraints at our current location. In order for growth to continue, our headquarters must be relocated to accommodate our increasing headcount. Additionally, our business building needs are unique needing a combination of large production/distribution space (our physical payroll packages that are produced and delivered from our corporate office) as well as high tech work space. To accomplish this and optimize investments, a custom build is best for Netchex. This will include purchasing new land, building a new corporate office, and hiring talent ranging from general administrative support to nationally recruited computer programmers. All of the employees will be needed to support our expanding software portfolio, growing client base and market reach.
