Project Description: Construction of a new small log sawmill. LaSalle Lumber Company is constructing a state-of-the-art 125,000 sf sawmill manufacturing facility capable of producing 200,000 MBF pine lumber annually. This building will house all equipment needed to convert pine logs into green pine lumber (such as 2x4, 2x6, etc.). Also on the grounds will be dry kilns to remove excess moisture from the green lumber, several storage sheds, an office/administrative building, and a training building. This project includes all stationary and mobile equipment needed for the production and shipping process. Approximately 120 net new jobs created for this project.
