Notes: The package initially announced included: a $29.5 million customized incentive package directly for IBM; $30.5 million from state and local governments for an office complex to be used by IBM; and $14 million in funding for computer science programs at Louisiana State University that will help train workers for IBM. East Baton Rouge Parish later added another $1.5 million for training assistance. In 2014, LED awarded IBM $76.7 million in Quality Jobs payments over 10 years.
