Project Description: ASH Industries will be expanding their facilities and by 12/31/2024 will be adding a total of 15 new jobs. This expansion will include the addition of a new 10,000 square foot building (& materials of $2.1M) that will be purchased by ASH Investments, LLC (#20220358-ITE). The new building will include expanding available assembly, processing, and production space. ASH Industries will be making purchases of new machinery and equipment. The list of added assets expands upon ASH Industries ability to offer custom manufacturing services nationwide targeting high demand engineering-grade projects targeted at medical manufacturing and includes the following assets and their use/purpose. Some equipment needed for this expansion space includes a 20T chiller, overhead crane system, injection molding machines and robots, a high-lift/high-capacity forklift, shelving units for the warehouse space, and expanded air compressor equipment. Rather than send molds out of state for manufacture/repair, ASH builds their own tooling. To this end, we will add capacity (seats) of software used in mold production, a grinder, electrical discharge machining (EDM) machine, lathe, and computers. These machines are integral to either processing 3D images so that they can be cut into metal, or they do the metal cutting themselves. ASH is geared to delivering high end custom molded parts as efficiently, accurately, and as quickly as possible. These pieces of equipment are all directly tied to maintaining excellent service to our customers and those that depend on our services. ASH has spent 30 years building a solid reputation for manufacturing services and will leverage our experience and capability to expand an existing market. ASH is targeting Medical Equipment OEMs with our expanded capacity, specialized equipment, new quality certification, and focused attention. We have 11 acres in Lafayette on which to continue to expand the services and utilization. Please disregard the first Breakdown of Purchases spreadsheet.
