Applicant proposes to purchase and install safety and emergency equipment as follows: coal haulage equipment to receive on-board cameras, LED lights, and warning horns, as well as cab enclosures. Cameras will also be placed on approximately 26 belt drive locations. In addition, the purchase and implementation of multi-gas detectors for personal miner usage will be conducted, and underground fiber optic communications line to the mine will be installed.
