Notes: In 2010, the Harbor Point Infrastructure Improvement District issued $145 million in bonds to support BLT Harbor Point, an 80-acre mixed-use development in Stamford's South End. A TIF district allowed 50% of taxes generated at the project site to go to bond repayment. In addition, the state supported the project with $8 million in loans and other subsidies.
