PROPOSE TO DEVELOP AN ULTRA-COMPACT, TOPOLOGY-OPTIMIZED 800??C, 250 BAR HEAT EXCHANGER (HX) (10X SMALLER THAN COMMERCIAL CROSS-FLOW HX AND 40X MORE DURABLE). THIS WILL SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCE THE FUEL USAGE IN AVIATION AND RESULTING GREENHOUSE GAS EMISSIONS.
