Notes: In 2019, the second Memorandum of Understanding between Volkswagen and the State of Tennessee/Chattanooga Industrial Development Board was delayed until 2022, when it has come before the Chattanooga IDB on October 3rd. Documents from a 2021 meeting of the State Building Commission show that the $50,000,000 grant comes from the state, while the city and county were asked to match $2,500,000 each for a total of $55,000,000.
