The healthcare provider received $26 million in property tax abatement over ten years for its headquarters, Nashville Memorial Hospital and Summit Medical Center. The state granted the company exemptions from the state excise and franchise taxes worth $90 million over 10 years. The local property tax abatements are listed separately in the main Subsidy Tracker data under County PILOT agreements for HCA but without dollar amounts.
