Notes: In 2018, when Amazon announced HQ2 to be in Arlington, VA and in NYC it also announced an office in Nashville. The Tennessee deal involves $65,000,000 in cash grants and $21,720,000 in tax credits from the state government and $17,500,000 in cash grants from the Metropolitan government of Nashville and Davidson County. The city also approved $15.2 million for infrastructure improvements in the neighborhood where the project is located - not included in the total.
