Notes: The $103.5 million subsidy package for the BMW facility expansion included: $40 million for I-85 improvements; $25 million for a Graduate Engineering Center at the Clemons University and $1.5 million for land costs associated with the Center; $15 million for the BMW Information Technology Research Center located at Clemons University; $16.9 million for a Development Center and Testing Facility located at the BMW complex; $3.8 million for other land purchases; and $1.3 million for other site preparation.
