Project Description: Finance, Insurance and Real Estate; The Developer will construct the Empire Outlets (the 'Project'), an approximately 365,000 square foot retail complex. The Project is located on an approximately 8.7 acre site in the St. George neighborhood of Staten Island. Phases 1 and 2 of the Project are comprised of up to 125 designer outlet retailers and a variety of restaurants and cafes, as well as anapproximately 532,500 square foot parking garage with 1,250 spaces. Phase 3 of the Project is comprised of a 200-room, 30,000 square foot hotel and a 15,000 square foot banquet facility. The Developer will lease the Site from the City of New York pursuant to a 99-year ground lease. Construction of Phases 1 & 2 of the Project is planned to begin within one year after the closing of the ground lease. Construction of Phase 3 of the Project is planned to begin within two years of the substantial completion of the Phase 2.
