Notes: A Triangle Business Journal article states that the total state and local subsidy package for the company was $125 million. We were able to document: $19.7 million from Job Development Investment Grant; $2 million from One NC Fund; $4 million from Golden LEAF for sewer system upgrade; $45 million grant (a rebate of 50% of property taxes over 10 years) from Wake County; the article states $31.4 million from Holly Springs, which includes $22 million that the city spent on land for the company. The company promised to create 725 new jobs and to retain 664 jobs. Overlaps: a 2021 entry from JDIG for $19,724,250.
