Notes: 

The bulk of the package consisted of Renaissance Zone-enabled property tax abatements worth an estimated $67 million. The project was also awarded state tax credits and job training assistance. Construction of the plant was completed in 2008, but the company never started production. United Solar's parent, Energy Conversion Devices, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in 2012.
