Notes: The main subsidy package was assembled by the city of Detroit in connection with Compuware's decision to move its headquarters from suburban Farmington Hills to downtown Detroit. The city agreed to exempt both the headquarters building as well as equipment in the building from property taxes, a savings of $70 million for the company.
