Notes: The value of the subsidy comes from the Kentucky's Financial Incentives Database. In 1995, TJ International was approved by KEDFA for $103 million in incentives for a new wood-products plant in Perry County. The facility was operated by TJ International's subsidiary Trus Joist MacMillan. In 2002, Weyerhaeuser Company bought TJ International and Trus Joist MacMillan. In 2009, the plant shut down. The main Subsidy Tracker data lists the subsidy package under the 1995 entry for Kentucky Rural Economic Development Act, under Weyerhaeuser Company, the last owner of the plant.
