The state package includes up to $56.5 million in various tax credits, up to $6 million in tax credits for capital investment, up to $1.5 million in training grants and $20 million for infrastructure improvements. The city will provide additional $17.8 million in infrastructure improvements and real estate. The jobs are to be created by 2023.
