Project Description: On August 1, 2014 the Mine Safety & Health Administration (MSHA) final rule to "Lower Miners' Exposure to Respirable Coal Mine Dust" takes effect. According to the MSHA website this new rule is designed to reduce the amount of dust where miners work from the current standard of 2.0 to 1.5 milligrams per cubic meter of air. Viper proposes to purchase dust monitoring and dust suppression equipment to comply with MSHA Final Respirable Dust Rules.
