The city of Waukee approved a 71 percent property tax abatement for 20 years worth estimated $188,239,943 and agreed to spend $6 million to build water and sewer lines for the project. The state approved $19.65 million in tax credits via the High Quality Jobs program. The project was expected to create 50 permanent jobs and 500 constructions jobs.
