The package included state and local subsides, including: $94.1 million over 10 years from the state's Innovation Incentive Program for facility development, staff hiring and equipment purchase. Palm Beach County provided $89.9 million for the facility construction. Additional $9 million came in the form of construction fee waivers and temporary space.
