Subsidy Tracker Individual Entry
The project purposes include (1) the acquisition of an approximately 25 acre parcel of land located at One Columbian Drive (now 1 Goulds Drive), Auburn and the existing 238,000 square foot building thereon; (2) the renovation of the building; and (3) the acquisition and installation in the building of certain equipment. The original bonds were issued on 1/1/89, and the new approval dates reflect an amended PILOT agreement.
Subsidy value is total for the year of property tax abatements and sales tax exemptions net of payments in lieu of taxes. Jobs and wages are estimates.
