Trammell Crow Co, Amazon's developer for this warehouse, applied for the subsidy. Developer's name as well as its subsidiary's, TC Syracuse Development Associates LLC, appear on the official documents. Local, 15-year tax subsidy includes: $20 million in sales tax abatements; $1,687,500 in state mortgage tax abatements; and $49,084,564 in property tax abatements.
