To keep the company's HQ in the state, Indiana and Indianapolis offered state and local subsidies including: $73 million in tax credits over 10 years, $7 million in redevelopment tax credits, $4 million in training grants, $2 million from Hoosier Business Investment tax credits, $500,000 in relocation assistance, free land valued at $12.6 million, and $64 million from the city via tax increment financing. The company will create 573 new jobs and retain 1,623. The $100 million investment is for HQ development; the company promised to invest additional $200 million statewide.
