Notes: The state subsidy package included a $15.5 million infrastructure grant, $8.6 million in training cost reimbursement, $12.8 million in job development witholding tax rebates and $7 million in corporate income tax credits. The county package included land worth about $10 million and about $4 million in infrastructure improvements. The county also offered a property tax agreement, the value of which The Nerve did not estimate.
